Default RAIN ride

Bicycled from Illinois to Ohio Saturday along with 1500 other bikers. Actually 160 miles from Terre Haute to Richmond. Took 5 hrs 59 min. Averaged 17.7 mph. My longest ride to date.

My bad. 8 hrs 59 min. Lance may do it in under 6 hrs.

Wow! That is quite a pace for such a long ride.

I rode in the MS150 over 2 years ago from Houston to Austin Texas. 2 day ride that is about 160-190 miles depending on where you start from. +/- 15,000 riders.

I really need to get back into cycling... so good for you physically and mentally.

Prelude... did you keep track of calories burned? I burned something like 13,000 calories on my two day ride when I rode that year's MS150.

I love cycling and I wish I could to the STP(Seattle to Portland) 200mile + ride either a 1 or 2 day ride depends on your pace.

Preludetundra that is a good average pace for such an enduring ride.
