can you recommend a sports pain relief spray that you see being used in professional sports teams on muscle/joints for instant pain relief?

Ethyl chloride. It "freezes" the joint or area causing pain, providing temporary relief. It's by prescription only, and it's becoming hard to find, mostly because despite it's outstanding effects on people's pain, it also tends to be quite flammable.

Real men just "deal with it." A week ago Saturday I was at a Girls 14-under fast pitch softball game and took a foul tip off the top of my left shoulder. OUCH!

I wasn't paying attention, never saw it coming, and it's finally no longer sore to the touch, but I can still see the seams of the softball in the bruise. Who decided to call it a SOFT ball anyway?
