Default ab lounge

Anyone own an Ab Lounge...of any variety? Does it work????? ...or will it become just another white elephant?

I dont own one so I can't tell you if it works, but I can tell you that one of the best ab workout is the bicycle crunch, it will cost you zero dollars, just time & effrot. If you'd rather do your ab workout off the floor, try crunhes on an exercise ball. Good luck.

If you do enough 12 ounce curls, you can go from having 6-pack abs to ones that look like the whole keg!

Default ab lounge follow up...

we've had the ab lounge (the big model) for about a year...mostly a white elephant...as I predicted...however...it works pretty well...especially if are obese and you've had four C-sections AND hernia surgery and find it next to impossible to do a single sit-up. It allows such persons to get started on working the ab muscles.

very comfortable mechanics
but takes up alot of room...unless to partitially disassemble and fold away.

Ok, here's the real scoop.................. If you see it on TV, if it's advertised as "not available in stores".....don't believe it.....it don't work as portrayed, so just send me your money. I'll appriciate it far more.
