big screen tv problems

I have a 71" Toshiba TP71H95 and I'm about ready to call a service tech out to my house. The colors in the top left corner of the screen are sort of bleeding to the left.

Anyways, I tried doing the convergence from the menu screen and the red colors are all fine, but the blue colors are off in the 1 and 4 positions. The problem i'm having is that it lets you move the vertical/horizontal lines up and down to match where they should be, but the blue vertical/horizontal line is off in the 1 and 4 positions and it needs to be rotated clockwise/counterclockwise not up and down.

Anyone out there understand what i'm trying to say and know how to fix this??

I don't have a Tosh but try here to find out how to tweak everything you want and some things you don't want!

Maybe the blue gun is primary and can't be adjusted through the consumer menu? It may out of focus? Or just out of alignment!
Do a search at this forum and you may find a lot of info, it has a lot of techie people on it.

I don't know your model but typically there is a coarse and a fine convergence mode. The fine mode divides the screen into a grid of 64 to 100 squares. You then have individual control of each color, red and blue, in each of the grid squares one color one grid at a time. You should be able to get pinpoint registration. If not you need a tech.
