Default Best Personal Finance Software?

Is Quicken still "the" one?

I've used Quicken since 1990. From reading the critiques, Money has improved quite a bit, but the gold standard is Quicken.

I have used Quicken and find it to be very effective. I am not sure about MS Money, since I have never used it, but I am sure that if you are only using it for simple personal finance stuff, either would work adequately.

I have used Quicken for a number of years and it works well for my basic needs. Recently, I switched from a PC to an Imac and found the MAC version of Quicken unsatisfactory. I understand that MS Money is not any better.

The last I read, Quicken was the way to go.
