Two issues.
1) I have a site that is running an older version of vBulletin and vBPortal. I built it myself, but have not touched it in a while and I want to update it. When I built it I had plenty of time to learn what I was doing well enough to get it done, but that was over a year ago and I would have to relearn it all and I just don't have the time. Is there anyone who knows anyone who would be interested in tackling this? (For $$) 2) I am setting up another web site and need suggestions for a decent CMS package. It is a group communication site to share files and post messages, etc. It does not need to be full "Group-Ware", but if it was with calendar and project plan capabilities it would be helpful. Again, I would like to find something a tinkerer can get up and running, not something that requires an IT guy (or worse a hacker-geek).
