XOrbit - Get paid $75 for hosting a monitoring device

Okay so while looking around slickdeals.net I found this deal. Not really sure what they are monitoring, but they claim to monitor signals

Apparently they will send you $75 a month to attach some box to your system. You must have cable (they prefer digital) and broadband. I figured I would post this here in case someone knows of this company or maybe can explain a little better what they are really doing. The site says that they have offices in Laurel, Maryland and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Thought maybe people in that area might have heard of these people or know something about the company.
