New Video Camera time

Been out in the wilderness without a video camera and need a new one.....been 10 years since I bought one...its time for something that can be transfer to a PC etc doesn't have to be all singing and dancing but should be easy enough for SWMBO and the kids to use. Lots of sports video is expected some indoors some outdoors

I just bought a new Casio EX-S500 digital camera, its a SUPER slim still that shoots MPEG4 that rivals my Hi 8 mm HandyCam... so much for having to lug both around.. and its super easy to use, 1gig SD cards hold about an hour of DVD quality video and its all in an MPEG4 avi file so it goes right onto the computer and you can edit etc, then burn it straight to DVD. Butteryfly Photo has the best prices on it and its now under 300 bucks, just add a fast 1 or 2 gig SD card and away you go.
