Default Looking for a TV, any reccomendations??

Our TV in our bedroom is dying.19" Mitsubishi, about 15 years old. Anyone have a recommendation of a TV around the same size?? Staying close to it, have it in a closet, top shelf and angled down for viewing....makes it nice. No proping your head up to see... (trying to stay cheap as well!!! )

You can get a nice LED set for a couple hundred, and then mount it on the ceiling...............

and if you get one with a really HIGH contrast ratio, you can put in a recording of nothing but a black screen and it doubles as a mirror!

Default 24''

We just replaced a 19'' at our beach house with a 24''. I didn't even realize they made a 24'' until we went to Circuit City to get another 19''. Even though its only 5 more inches, it makes a world of difference.
We got a Hitachi, very pleased with the picture.

Now i am waiting for my Panasonic 42'' Plasma from Santa

Of course, my work laptop is a 15 inch screen, and my home desktop is a 20 inch flat widescreen, so I understand.

WalMart has a 19" Sanyo for just under $100.

BestBuy and Sears both sell a 19" Toshiba for about $110.

Kmart has a 19" Sylvania for $90.

Also, check out the Target stores in your area - they seem to be putting many CRT sets on clearance,
either to make room for new models or to switch over to LCD sets.

The last television I bought was a Philips Electronics. It was 32 inchs but it cost less than $200.00 from Best Buy. They had a 19-35 inch models in the Philips line all were below the $200.00 price range.
