... no Siree ... but, I always root for the American League team in the World Series. Living in an American League city, and I happen to like the DH (that's a discussion for another day). However, I'd have made an exception for the Cubs. I'd say, though, that the Marlins did it on their own merit. They beat everyone else, fair and square. They deserved the trophy. They proved that there's hope for everyone else besides the Yankees, Braves, Red Sox, etc. who have a lot more money to spend. Enjoy your glory, Marlins fan, because next year will be a whole new season!

Well if we were around for 100 years we might. But, since we are not I am perfectly happy winning 2 in 6 years. But I meant having a WS trophie and a Josh.

I've been a Skins fan for 30 years, and that irritating chop isn't something in the repertoire. "Hail to the Redskins...," absolutely. Nahh Nahh nanana-- Nope, not at RFK, not at FEDEX Field, not in my house.

Agree with jay on this one... The Washington Redskins football team, nor the fans, use the tomahawk chop -- at least not at the games I've seen the past few years at Jack Kent Cooke Stadium. Um, er, I meant FedEx Field...

I don't think it was ever a question about how we feel about Spurrier. The Washington/Baltimore area is currently cursed with bad sports ownership.
