And he raises the question of who is the best lefty on the tour now. Mickelson or Weirs.

an admirable performance, eh?
That swing looked tight & grooved all week long. Birdies aside, those 6 foot (knee knockers) for par were dead center.
Well done.

Well done.
Especially the one on 18 today. Center cut for the playoff. He could have easily choked on that one.

Good question indeed. For the time being, it's Wiersy. Nobody can deny that now. However, it'll be interesting to see how Weir performs after this, whether he's gonna pull a Duval or Toms after winning a major or continue to do well.

Whoever decided not to include Weir in this year's Export A Skin Game in Canada must be feeling pretty stupid by now. Weir was in it for the last 3 years or so, but he had one bad year last year and the organizers of the Skins Game dump him for Leggatt. Weir wasn't too pleased about it either.

Was this at the press conference in response to a question or just the camera catching him off in a corner somewhere?

No, it was a press conference in front of reporters and all. You had ot feel it for the guy. Up until now, his dubious claim to fame has been the time he made an 8 at TPC's 17th hole when he was tied for first. His mother who was dying from cancer was in the gallery when he did that. Then his mother past away and he did win an event a few months after that, but only after his mother had already past away.

Then, today, he had a great chance to win arguably the most important major and one bad swing and he ends up second.
