Well, the Orioles lost to the Red Sox, 12-2, but it was still a beautiful spring day for baseball......

That would have been really neat, but unfortunately, we had to park in one of the outlying lots. We didn't see a way to navigate through the blocked-off streets to get up close to the stadium. (Although it may have been possible to get some sort of a shot by Ravens Stadium, which is next door to Camden Yards. Oh well....)

There's something about alot of real estate covered in lush grass. I had a chance to see the White Sox when I visited my brother, when he went to med school there. As a Canadian, being a hockey fan, I never really appreciated baseball until that day.

Seeing the game on TV and actually seeing at in a baseball stadium is a completely different experience. But the same can be said for a hockey game as well.

I agree, RipRock. Seeing almost ANY sport in person is a wholly different experience.

I've gone to Camden Yards with a number of friends/family members who didn't follow baseball at all, and they still said they had a great time at the ballpark.
