Another cooking suggestion for mouth watering ribs, instead of pre cooking the ribs in the oven, I use the steam method. Bring pan of salted water to a boil, place steamer with ribs over pan & cover, let simmer until meat is tender. I like this method best for draining most of the fat out of the meat without drying it out. Season ribs with your favourite spices or rubs, refrigerate for an hour then fire up the grill to enjoy a most delicious meal.
BTW, nothing wrong with serving up burgers & ribs, it's all in the presentation.
