I will, on rare occasion (and I mean RARE occasion), eat the meat from Alaskan King Crab legs (which is usually substituted with colored shark meat anyway) and stuffed clams (i.e., chopped up clams with breading and seasoning; basically a clam hot dog). That's it.

Every other week or so, we go out with my wife's family to a little Italian place where they bring a huge steaming pile of mussels as an appetizer. I sit there buttering my bread while they're all just slurping these things into their face holes and dunking their bread in the juice. I always remind them "You know, that's mostly clam urine!"

Just like a lobster--crack em open and eat em! Usually there isn't much there unless you have a pretty big crawfish though.
