Default Showcase Honda-Phoenix, AZ

All I can say is if you want to spend 6 hours at the dealership and having to go back 3 times to get everything installed that the dealer promises then go to Showcase and that is how you will be treated.
The sales person was really great. That was the only redeeming thing we experienced. The finance person and the Asst Managers were the worst and I will never deal with them again.

I share your pain.

I did not get a good feeling about them when I went there two years ago. I'm glad I made my purchase elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. Don't give them the pleasure of servicing your Pilot. You have a few other dealers to choose from.

If you think they are bad, try Bell Honda or Right Honda. Arrowhead wasn't bad, but they insisted on their rip-off protection package.

I got so disgusted with the Phoenix dealers, I went to Tucson. Easy, quick, and respectful.

Did you go with Dobbs Honda or Beaudry?

Went to both. Bought from Dobbs. The only deciding factor was that I wanted a Sandstone EX-RES, and Dobbs had one on their allocation, Beaudry did not.

Please keep in mind, that my car purchasing perspective is based on the foundation that all dealers have the exact same product, I can go anywhere I want for service, I pay cash, so the only thing that matters is price.
