Well, after all that, I thought I would try the Costco Auto buying program. They fixed me up with Shack-Findlay, which I KNEW didn't have any pilots. Here's how it works. I called Costco, they fax in my request to a dealership, the dealership called me, and here's how the conversation went:

Me: I'm looking for a Pilot, but I already know you don't have any.

SFH: Actually, we have two. A red EX, and a White EX-L with DVD.

Me: WHAT?? How much will you sell me the EX-L?

SFH: Well, with your costco membership, it's $100 under MSRP.

Me: I'll be right down.

Strange how things work sometimes. Well, It's beautiful. I'm extremely happy.

I'm so glad to have finally joined the club.

Default Shack-Findlay Is Awesome!!!!

I live in Colorado and had to search in FIVE states to finally find the PILOT I was looking for.

I wanted the Sagebrush Pearl EX and was finally able to locate one that would be in within a reasonable amount of time. Kevin Jones at Shack-Findlay was the only one who was going to have the Sagebrush EX in the time frame I was looking at.

Kevin Jones made my buying experience PERFECT! I bought my PILOT at MSRP, Kevin picked me up at the airport (after the car arrived 5-weeks after working the deal) and we did the paperwork. From the time we arrived at Shack-Findlay, did all the paperwork and the "show and tell" only an hour had passed - NOW THAT'S SERVICE. To boot - they keep calling me to check and see if I'm happy with my PILOT and making sure that I was happy with the deal.

The Service Department hasn't realized though, that my PILOT is now in Colorado, because they keep sending me all these "service department specials." Oh Well!

I HIGHLY recommend doing service with Shack-Findlay - they've been awesome.
