Zimbrick Honda in Madison Wisconsin - A+

Live in Dubuque Iowa, tried dealing with Richardson's our local dealer - what a joke! Talked to Jessica at Zimbricks via email for 1 week, dealed on a trade and new vehicle with accessories. Wonderful experience, bought our Pilot 1 week later. Trade and purchase price were the same as the email promised. Great girl to deal with too! Unlike our local dealer - she doesn't play games. I hate head games!!!!
Just got the fog lights installed today - she gave me a 2003 Honda Accord to drive around Madison until it was finished. Very classey place - if you haven't been there yet - you should stop in - there showroom and service department is awesome... and most important - they are very professional, friendly and they get the job done right the first time. They are so A+ in my book, 3 weeks later my parents bought a new Pilot and my brother bought a used Trooper from her! We are a very happy Zimbrick family!!!

Smurtzy: You got it right. I live in Columbus, Wisconsin (about 25 miles from Zimbrick - see my dealer rating on this forum). Have purchased/leased a couple of vehicles from them - what you see is what you get. Their service is as awesome as their sales team. I have dealt with Robert Billig....did the whole deal on the net. I don't think you can go wrong dealing with any of the sales folks. Their reputation in the area is fantastic. Too bad you don't live closer for service trips. We purchased the Pilot in August - I tried unsuccessfully to deal in Milwaukee - Zimbrick was able to get the Pilot I wanted within 3 weeks - it was built 8/11 and at the dealer 8/17. I also have a 1991 Accord that has been serviced at Zimbrick since new - I bought it with 215,000 miles on it - it now has 242,000!
