Anyone have a bad experience they want to share about this dealer? They're located on Rt. 3 West in Clifton, NJ.

Dont know about the Dealership but their service department is top notch!

Purchsed '05 EXL for the wife from Garden State on Rte3 back in late Nov04. Got vehicle below Edmunds dealer cost -threw in free side steps. Perhaps got good deal 'coz it was end of month but u should do the same. Go end of month, when its raining and business is slow etc. Does not hurt to use all the advantages. Overall, a positive experience but you still have to be on your toes. If your not, they will still try to take every little cent from you. Remember, it's still a car dealership.

Bought my 03 Pilot there and had a professional experience.
Pilots were in short supply at the time, so I paid MSRP but was able to drive one away in about 3 weeks. After waiting for six months for my MDX to come in I was in heaven. Got a Navi system for the Pilot and paid less than my MDX was gonna be without the Navi.
My salesperson was Jacob and he was fine.
