I had a good experience with Herson's Honda in Rockville. Good pre-sales and most importantly, post sales service. I did not get a price break on the MSRP, but got internet price (pilot.honda.com) on accessories though.

You may want to check it out.

From the facilities, I liked the new Germantown faclility of Criswell Honda, but the sales rep lacked the eagerness to sell and help.
