I'd suggest getting the install instructions and look at those. I didn't do that prior, and probably would not have purchased it if I had. From the pictures on the honda web site, the liner didn't seem to be as big and cumbersome as I found it to be. I thought it would be easier to put in/out than the tray, but it didn't turn out to be that way. If you understand that the liner is designed to cover the entire cargo area, covers the top 3 inches of the second row seat, and that you'll have velcro strips all over the back of your cargo area when it's not in place, then it might be the exact right solution for you...
