If you are not going to tow anything and strictly use it for racks I suggest you get the Hidden Hitch brand from Etrailer.com. You can get it for 99.95

Hmmm, when I checked into this a week or so ago, Tim advised that it was not practical due to the heavy shipping weight of the hitch.
Good luck in any case - perhaps there are options available now that make the group buy possible. As others have suggested, Hidden Hitch can be had for considerably less ($99 from etrailer.com), although they do not include the drawbar nor the cover. They also do not mount in 3 points, as does the OEM hitch. YMMV rod
