quick question...lets just use the phillips 6000k as an example: priced at 415, what is the difference between this and the bi-xenon at 550 with the same temperature 'rating?'

The $415 set only has the low beam, so you would lose your high beams. The bi-xenon has both a low and high beam.

the 06's have a seperate low and hi beam bulbs. are you saying that the hi and lo beam circuits are somehow run in series? i wouldn't think so. but pre 06 i believe, key word here is believe, the high and lo were integrated into 1 bulb with dual filaments.

the bi-xenon kits are only available for vehicles equipped with the bulb sizes H4, 9006, and 9004. Those vehicles use one bulb that functions as both the high and the low beam. with any other bulb size, to upgrade both beams you would have to purchase a seperate single beam kit for each.

I have been using a Philips 4300 HID kit that doesn't have the high beam for 2 years now and they are fantastic. I am interested in getting one of those bi-xenons to replace them because there are rare times when you need to flash incoming traffic or the car in front of you.

I bought them from a company in Canada and read somewhere before that there are a lot of problems when it comes to durability when its bi-xenons. How true is this? Are the bulbs bi-xenons to begin with and you just replace the base to fit the H4 socket or did you put something in the bulb like a rotating reflector to make it reflect higher?

The bi-xenon kits utilize a dual filament bulb with a moveable part that angles the bulb in the housing...it is by all means just as durable as the single beams, also keep in mind that all of our kits come with a one year warranty...

Is that movable part inherent to the bulb originally or is it something that you added?

Wow, thank you for the quick replies. That's impressive customer service. One last thing, can I order now on your website with the prices you posted or do I have to wait for the group buy?
