Hey All,
Just got my 2005 Honda Pilot EX with only 33k miles and man do I love it!!!!! Ive been eyeing pilots for a while but after driving one there was no other choice!! After driving a 2000 Toyota 4runner this thing is like a luxury car! I had all the bells and whistles on the 4runner but there is no comparison as far as ride quality. Im a little bummed after reading all the trouble its going to be to hook up a trailer hitch, didnt realize all the extras that were required. But its well worth it IMO. Already found lots of helpful info on here and look forward to learning more! Im servicing the differential and transmission this weekend thanks to the awesome DIY post! |

welcome to the board and congrats on the new ride! i also owned a 4runner in the past and you're absolutely right about the ride. i loved my 4runner, but since its built on a truck platform, it rode like a truck! i always get compiments on how smooth the ride in the pilot is. hope you enjoy it as much as i do.
