Unhappy Bad EGR

Hi, is there a way to jump out the EGR to give up a code so my dealer will replace it. I have the same bucking at 45 to 50 mph

Take him for a test rind and tell him to "fix it"

Or

Find another dealer.

Yeah, just like what N_Jay said, if the bucking symptom occurs consistently, take a service technician or an advisor for a ride and let them see for themselves. If they still refuse to do something or seem reluctant just because your Pilot hasn't thrown a code, even with the obvious symptom, then ditch that dealer.

I tried to have my Pilot puke up a code for a very long time by having it on cruise control at the speed the bucking and the hesitation came on, but it didn't work. All's I got were the bone jarring gear shifts, so I recommend you not try it.

A decent dealer should suggest you to book an appointment to have the Pilot looked at after they go for a ride with you and experience the bucking and the hesitation for themselves.

I took my service rep for a ride in the bucking bronco and he knew immediately that it was the EGR and replaced it. No problems here in almost a year now.
