Interesting post.

How often do you folks plan on rotating your tires? I figure I'd try to do it every oil change.

My Pilot came with Goodyears, not really happy with the tires so before next winter I intend to replace them. As far as rotating tires I will be following the recommended intervals.

Mine came with Bridgestones...

However, the package (manuals, etc) that my dealer gave me included a piece of paper that provided tire warranty information from Goodyear.

When I asked the salesman about it, he said that "Bridgestone and Goodyear are the same company". Now, I may not be that bright (see IQ test link ) but I hope that I didn't look that stupid

BTW, he also tried (without much enthuiasm or success) to sell me VIN etch and the finance manager messed up my paperwork - wrong VIN number... and they had the cheek to ask me for perfect 5s in the Honda survey...

Our EXL came with Goodyear tires and a slight vibration at between 68 and 80 mph. Both are gone. Out of frustration replaced Goodyear tires with Michelin Cross Terrains. Aside from getting rid of the vibration, the overall ride is much better.

Our EX came with Goodyears.

But we still CANNOT cast a vote in this poll! (scroll up for the error message) Is this happening to anyone else?

So far it looks as if Honda is giving the Goodyears to the folks in leather and Bridgestones to those choosing cloth.

Not for us. Our EX, with cloth-seats, came with Goodyears.

My Pilot(Sagebrush EX-L RES) came with Goodyears. I have a friend at a local tire shop. The goodyears were gone in three days. I replaced them with TOYO Open country A/T tires. MUCH better, plus my friend said the goodyears will SUCK in snow. He put the Goodyears into his new stock. I have had many Toyo's in the past without a problem. They have a better quality rating that Michelins!

My EX-L came with Goodyear's. Personally I would prefere Michelin. I will rotate with every oil change.
