Default Maintenance Minder vs. Maintenance Schedule

I just bout ght a new 2001 Honda Pilot Touring, and I am completely torn as I approach the 3500 mile mark..... SO, how many of you guys follow the maintenance schedule and how many follow the maintenance minder system???????

I'm assuming you mean 2010 pilot.

Anyway, I just let the light come on and wait till it says that oil life is 0%, then I change it.

Follow the Honda Maintenance guidelines in the OM, which includes maintenace minder and a few independently scheduled maintenance items.
