This is my 7th. Honda. All were purchased new, and so far all have been trouble free.

My daughters have each had a Honda. I put lots of miles on with work so bought a used 91 Accord with 215K miles on it for $1,500. I now have 242K miles on it and it continues to perform great. The Pilot is our first new Honda. Summer time is reserved for 99 C5 Vette that's my toy.

Wow... That original Honda was really something when I first bought it (used) in 1977. I remember the manual choke.

It was AMAZING in the snow here in Michigan. Back then it was about the only car anyone had ever seen with front wheel drive.

Like almost all 70's era Japanese cars, it was actually a real POS. It rusted in half, blew the head at 60,000 miles, engine at 70,000, etc...

Guess that's why it took me 25 years to risk owning another!

1994 Accord EX Coupe - no trouble till it got caught in a flood :-(
1991 Accord LX sedan - no trouble yet... For Sale

We just gave it to my In-Laws a couple of months back. It still runs fine 30+ MPG.

Reformed now; CURRENTLY OWN AND LOVE:

We will drive our hondas into the ground, I know that'll take a while.
