Any thought on trying to bolt that system up on an older pilot
Yes we have seen the new '09 pilot, but the parts won't be available to look at or to start ordering until at least a year after the '09's have been out.

Looks pretty good. I think I'd rather have black mufflers with chrome tips.

Too bad they didn't include a sound clip.

Default exhaust

looks nice but worried bout noise as well + prefer to have duals, ive seen it done more recent pilots but its always ricer exhaust (no offense to any tuners) but with this car i prefer to stay with clean, black w/ chrome tip exhaust thats factory quiet for more of the ML, MDX, or Range sort of look, maybe i should have just bought one of those huh? LOL

Unfortunately just as we got the money together to order the parts my husband got laid off from work. My tanny is going in my accord as well. My second auto one in a year. Of course with all the horsepower and torque that was in it for awhile that will happen.

Tunergirl:

These pics look familiar and probably appear somewhere in this thread already. But the dual system is up for sale $295...in Vancouver...

Edit: I think its SNXG's unit.

I could almost swear I saw this on Ebay a while back. I'm still hopeful on Tunergirl and her husband in coming up with something.

We are still wanting to do it but with the economy the way it is and having only one income it has been put on hold until such time

Nothing like bringing back an old thread. I have been looking from time to time for a better exhaust for the pilot but still no dice. I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Is this thread still dead? Because when I was in Vail the other day, I saw a 03'-05' Pilot with dual exhaust. I snuck a look underneath after she parked it.

I'm not sure if it was truly dual, the spare was removed and the muffler had been moved back and to the left a little where the spare was. From there the dual outlets forked.

Looked pretty cool and fairly straight forward. Just need some extra steel tubing and a MIG. No boost in HP though

Well sort of dead. I'm still around but with the economy and everything some of my projects have been put on hold. This being one of them. We all know how that one goes. Bills come before doing anything fun.

I saw an 06 pilot with an aftermarket Borla exhaust didnt notice any improments other than the appearance. sounded like a modded Civic with a deeper growl. Somewhat disappointing as far as performance increase
