Default Job

I am an AVP for a community bank and currently working in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Drive is about 20 minutes to the office, but I also cover two other offices which are about 45 minutes away.

AIRGATE:
Love (need) Italian food! My wife and I moved to Virgina about 5 years ago. We both came from an area in New York with a large Italian population. There is nothing here close to what we grew up with in New York.
Miss the food but not the weather!

Hey Rico. Headed to the Beach today, Brother-in-Law is visiting us and he is then going to see his Buddy who is a pilot stationed therein Norfolk. We're gonna do some Busch Gardens the next few days. I got out in 96. I was an Air Traffic Controller.

I'll be in Norfolk all the time this Summer. My best buddy was a PR and is still in. He went LDO. Made 1st, got Cap'd to Chief on cruise, then got picked up for LDO a few years ago. He's currently in London and comes back to the Beach this Aug. It's so funny...... He's teaching weapons. I said what!!!! He said tell me about it....I have no freakin idea what I'm talking about.

That's good to go. How long were you in before you got out? I grew up in Fayetteville, NC. Used to hang out at Greensboro a bit.

Hey all, I am a pilot With ASA based in Atlanta. A picture of my airplane is to the left. No I did not buy my pilot because of its name as some of my friends have suggested. Are any other pilots members of HP.org?

I'm a private pilot. I own a Mooney TLS. And most peole think I got a Pilot because of the name.

By day I'm a consulting R, M & S Engineer, Director of Reliability Maintainability and Safety for a small (<50) engineering consulting firm.

Ah, both the wife and I both have our Private Pilots License. Haven't flown since last summer when I got 1 hour of stick time in a T-6...now THAT was some birthday present :-)

That's a nice plane. Do you have your instrument rating? I used to be an instuctor in Northampton, MA. I have flown to long island and many times.

I'm a Network Administrator for a large Health Insurer (yes, yes - the companies you LOVE to hate). I've been doing it since I got out of college.

Instrument rated in 1991. I have had the Mooney TLS since 1996. It is a great traveling machine.

Long Island is very pretty, however, it was a tough airspace to fly in for a long while after 9/11.

That's a nice picture of the WTC. I have never been to New York City but I did fly the VFR corridor before 9/11. It was quite a site to see those towers looming 1000 feet above us as we flew by. I feel fortunate to have seen them like that before we lost them.
