Interest in fog light lens protector for '06 Pilot?
I used to sell a fog light lens protector for the '03 to '05 Pilot. I stopped making and selling when the '06 Pilot came out with a different design. Wanted to poll the members here to see if there is any interest in a clear protective tape that fits right over the '06 foglights. The protective tape is crystal clear and 8 mils thick. It is the same material used for the clear hood mask. It will be precut to fit right over the lens cover. Just peel and stick. Price is $18 + $1 S/H.

I won't vote in the poll since I have a pair of the original fog light protectors for my '03, but I'll throw in my $.02 in case anyone is wavering on whether to get some if they become available. Get them in a heartbeat! I am extremely satisfied with the ones I bought from wwong a while ago. I can't say I would have had a cracked lens without them (who knows?), but the peace of mind is well worth it.

Bump! Looking for more '06 Pilot owners interested in protecting the fog lights. I will definitely be make more foglight covers for the '03 to '05 Pilot and more of the door edge guards.

Finally got the lens protector done for the '06 Pilots. Material is a 3M polyurethane tape. It has a crystal clear adhesive and is UV resistant. Need a volunteer with a good digital camera to install these are their '06 Pilots. The digital camera must be able to take close ups of the fog light so that I can use them on my ebay listings. Got them from Wilson earlier this week, and woke up early to install these before heading off to church.
Install was a breeze - product was well-made. Probably took no more than 5 minutes each side. Here are some pictures of the lens protectors themselves and the fog lights on with them installed - light output was unaffected. Sorry for the daytime pictures, as I haven't had a chance to go out tonight to take some nighttime shots. Thanks to wwong once again for an excellent product! I have sent hi-res of these pictures sans borders for your use.
