Do you like the '06 redesign? - Page 2 - Honda Pilot

I am like the rest of the group. I won't judge it until i see it in person. I kinda like the Ridgeline front. The jury is still out.

We stopped to look at some 06's this weekend, the dealer had about 9 of them on the lot. Some things we came up with:
- Wheels - don't like, they seem even less stylish than 03-05, my wife said they looked "plastic-y"
- Leather - seems to be a definite step up in quality from previous models, no more vinyl look. We'll see if the sag is gone.
- Front end - I like what they did to the grill, headlights were just okay, foglights are a nice addition
- Rear end - we both like the tail lights, lots of folks already seem to disagree. My wife noted that the color seems to have an impact on them - looks good on black, not as cool on silver or red... judge for yourself.

If I were in the market for a new Pilot, the redesign would make me look elsewhere.....

After finding out that the pilot was going to be redesigned, I felt like the 06 version was going to so much better then the previous ones. Thank god I was wrong. I don't really care for the front end at all on the 06.

i like the new 06 pilot but i hate it because i just bought mine last march...i could have waited.

Would have voted hate it two weeks ago, but have seen them up close at the dealership and it's not as bad as I thought.

hehehe... Most Honda redesign are like that. They look weird in the beginning. But the more u look at it, the better it looks.

Like the current generation Accord. The tail looks so ugly that I have to buy Mazda6 instead. But when I am driving Mazda6 and looking at the Accord everyday on the street, it doesn't look so bad after all.
