Another forum I frequent has a contribution system to offset the costs of site hosting. Contributers get some special privelages to customize their profile, like the ability to change their tag line (in the case of this site it would be the "Member" line below your user name ) or edit their posts or embed web addresses in their signature line.
I guess we are already very privileged at this site.

Not a bad idea, acutally...
 honda-pilot.org can be like PBS where it says, "This program has been funded by a grant from the HondaAcuraWorld Foundation, and from viewers like you!"  Hmmm... I wouldn't mind having an e-mail address for this board: kemosabe@honda-pilot.org
