Anyone successful with the "CHAT"?
Hi there,
Anyone out there successful using the chat feature? Everytime I try to connect, no matter the username, I get a "!!!Closing link - USER: invalid username" What is a Pilotmonger to do?

Just worked OK for me w/IE6. Did take about 45 secs to completely load, tho (the chat server is overseas, I believe). It appears to load much quicker -- like in 10 seconds or so -- but something else is going on before it actually refreshes the screen, shows the logged in users in the right panel, and lets you type in stuff.
I had an interesting conversation with myself over there

It worked fine for me as well.
But the chat did not like me entering 03Pilot for nickname. Guess it has something do with numbers being in the nickname. I could enter anything I wanted as long as it did not have numbers in them. But of course, like Worm, I was chatting with myself (Don't get any ideas now  )
