I'm looking for new springs too, but not to lower it, just stiffer progressive springs so I don't loose unloaded ride comfort, but have a stiffer support for towing with the AirLift bags...

Tim and HAP pulled the info for me and here is his reply:

"...as far as the springs, here's what I can glean from the parts info.....

Your Pilot's existing rear springs are 14.03" in height. For the same year Ridge, 15.01", and for the MDX, 16.39". From appearances, any of the above "should" fit.....

So the H&R Ridgeline lowering springs will work, but you may not see the full 2" lower ride height, probably closer to a 1" drop. I plan to try the 1.2" Sport springs for the Ridgeline so I should maintain a stock ride height for chassis clearance and I'll use rear air shocks to raise the back end up when towing.
