Nice build!

I just spoke to DC Power today about his 180A alternator with a smaller pulley to compensate for the under-drive pulley I plan to install later. I'm going very conservative on my audio system, but I need more power for lighting when camping. My system will be simple, just a Pioneer 800PRS deck, Kenwood XR-5S amp and a Tang Band 10" sub in the factory location with Kenwood eXcelon coax in the rear, and eXcelon separates in the doors with tweeters where you have yours. Waiting on the PAC SWI to show up so I can put the deck in for now.

Did you think about using Luxury Liner on the floor? I'm going with SecondSkin for my dampening too, but waffling about whether to do Damplifier and Overkill, Damplifier and Luxury Liner Pro, or just Damplifier Pro on the front doors, sub area, and tailgate with regular Damplifier everywhere else except the floor where I'll use Luxury Liner. Calling Anthony on Friday to discuss it. Trying to eliminate as much noise and vibration as I can with the minimal amount of weight gain. I can't get rid of the third row, so no easy way to shed weight...

I don't know your plans for the sub box, but I can highly recommend Steve Deckert's Decware designs:
