Sirius and XM merged about 1 year ago. I have Sirius and a lot of the channels are the same. Sirius gives you a lot of options as far as subscriptions. Anything from 50 music channels for $6.99 per month to full subscriptions for $12.99 per month. These might have changed since I subscribed. Check out there web sight for options. I have sirius in my 2007 pilot. I bought a Sirius receiver for $30 and a wireing harness for another $70 and $50 for professional installation. It might be better to get an XM subscription.
