The bolt on the 2008 is "behind" the air intake hose coming from the filter into the engine if you're standing in front of the car. Stand on the driver side of the car close to the firewall. Look at the brake fluid reservoir, then look just a bit "up" from there towards the engine. You'll see the bolt about 1 foot down from there. Really easy to get to.
