If you are looking at the correct items those front and rear "tab" locations in the centerline are lift points as shown in the 2009 Honda Service Manual. If you are not sure have the dealer's service tech point them out to you.
Using a floorjack on the center lift point, lift the front end, place jackstands on each side at the front side lift points as shown to change a flat. Lower the floorjack and make sure the vehicle is stable on those jackstands. Remove the floorjack, then raise the rear from the center liftpoint, place jackstands at the rear side lift points, lower the floorjack check stability of jackstands.
