You can do the complete flush, Drain and Fill....drive around for a few miles, using all gears so the fluid from the convertor is transferred into the transmission for draining. Then do this all over again, a total of three times, as per our owners manual.
My recommendation is to do a drain and fill everytime you do an oil change. Everytime I change my Mobil 1 5W20 I also do a single drain and fill. This keeps the fluid nice and clean year round. Others on this forum follow this maintenance practice too. Best of luck with your Drain and fill ( or flush if you choose that.)
WHAT I WOULDN"T CHOOSE is the CASTROL "equivalent." There is no equivalent transmission fluid to the HONDA Z-1. If there see what Honda would say about it. They will allow you to put Mobil 1 in the engine but try to see if they will let you put this CASTROL equivalent tranmission fluid in your Pilot. I and many others would like to know.
