I think that is a great idea. You only need it for a couple of days.
Rocky brings up good points about being locked in and condensation would be a big problem.
If you think you are going to use it more ofter, maybe a vent pop up at the top.
It would be great if it rains, you would be high off the ground. Also it would take no time to set up camp, and no making sure the site drains so your tent doesn't collect water.
I think if there is a way to lock the doors to the side and keep them opened and also put a vinyl closure with zipper.
