I've used SeaFoam on my Tacoma a couple of times and that made it run a bit smoother and got a bit better gas mileage. Did the same thing to my dad's truck and it smoothed out the idle. Not sure how many miles the OP has on his Pilot, but SeaFoam-ing it wouldn't hurt too much I don't think.

The website just refers to diesle engines and small engines like lawn mowers with carburators. I am not sure I would try this product on a fuel injected car.

What about just having the fuel injection serviced...clean the throttle body and injectors.
