Sluggish Site - Honda Pilot

Is it my imagination or is the honda-pilot.org web site really sluggish right now? It's almost as if the server is spitting out the bytes through a pokey 33.6K dial-up modem...!!!

If it's your imagination, it's mine, too. In addition to moving slowly (and occasionally freezing), it frequently gives me the "Connection refused" page. It's getting to be a pain.

Hmmm... that's TWO yes votes for a sluggish site in Maryland -- is there a correlation? Is everyone else getting decent download speeds? It's gotta be the site because when I surf to other sites, things seem normal. Maybe admin is performing server maintenance??? Ooofah...

Very astute of you, kemosabe. The plot DOES thicken.

I'm now at home--escaped a bit earlier than normal--but I've been dogged by these problems mostly at work. In fact, the last couple of days have been a pain with the site while in Fredneck. So far tonite, I'm not experiencing the same problems at home.

It's working fine here in the beautiful downtown Loveland!!! But then, the air is thinner when you are a "Mile High"!!

Painfully slow here in Silicon Valley. Takes forever to load a forum page!

Perhaps the Honda ad appearing in the header is doing something funky to our browsers?
