I see a button for inserting an image in the QUICK REPLY area. Can you capture a screenshot of what you're seeing?

You see a button for inserting an image in the Quick Reply area in which forum? It's there in this forum, as well as General Discussions and a couple others that I checked. It's not there in the Model Specific sections.

Did you see my post above? That's a screen shot of the posting rules, that are displayed on the bottom left of every page. In this forum, it shows IMG and HTML are set to ON. The posting rules for the Model Specific forums are set to have IMG and HTML off.

How to know if i have 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive

Here is a screenshot of the bottom of the page linked above



You can see there's no Image button, and the lower left shows IMG and HTML are set to OFF.
