There is a dealer ratings section. It is accessed through the menu up above under the "The Unofficial resource for Honda Pilot enthusiasts" banner. You can rate sales and service seperately. Link

No problem. Not many people appear to use it. To be more useful it probably should be more prominently displayed so people know it's there.

How's Shelton these days? I lived in Huntington for about 5 years in the mid 90's until our company merged with another and relocated to Phoenix, AZ.

I bought a new '93 Civic at Courtney Honda in Milford and it was one of the worst experiences in both sales and service. Also bought an new '95 Accord from Curtiss Ryan and it was one of the better experiences.
