Default New years resolutions

Ok let's hear all the things you have planned that will probably last a month or 2 lol

Mine:
Drop 40 lbs(minimum)
Find new job
Finish v6 swap
Be a better father to my kids
Finish the basement
Start jogging
Stop drinking unless its an occasion

Just a little of what I want/need to accomplish

Drop 40 lbs exactly, want to go from 225 to 185. Been there a couple of years ago when I was training to ride a bicycle from Houston, Tx to Austin, Tx for charity.

Get a job, been unemployed for quite a while now.

Turbocharge my 1991 Nissan 240SX. I've ALWAYS wanted a forced induction car. My 2.4ltr Nissan engine is the perfect candidate. Total cost should be less than $1500.

Drink less, unless it's an occasion. This is going to be a hard one.

Lastly, I don't feel I need to be a 'better' father. I just want to continue to love my 2 sons more and more each day. My oldest son just turned 13 and is still a great kid. I want to do everything I can to help keep him on as straight a path as possible. My younger son just turned 9 and still loves being tickled and held. Only have a little while left to do those things...
