You do realize we elected a President whose campaign slogan was grammatically incorrect. Where was the opposition research on that one?

he nearly lost it!

Obama's doctor visit...........

After the debate, Obama got out of the shower and was drying off
when he looked in the mirror and noticed he was white from the neck up to
the top of his head.

In sheer panic and fearing he was turning white and might have to give up
his hopes to be president, he called his doctor and told him of his
problem.

The doctor advised him to come to his office immediately. After an
examination, the doctor mixed a concoction of brown liquid, gave it to
Obama, and told him to drink it all.

Obama drank the concoction and replied, 'That tasted like bullsh*t!'

The doctor replied, 'It was. You were a quart low.'

Anyone who can put together a campaign as he did deserves a chance...and I hope he is successful. He was clearly the candidate with a superior vision and engendered a spirit that has not been seen since JFK.

If you mean the terminal preposotion, that's actually grammatically correct. It wasn't until fairly recent that some inventive grammarians started saying that was incorrect based on a pedantic imposition of foreign romance syntax on a Germanic language. Same with split infinitives. Just because it can't be done in Latin or French does NOT mean it is incorrect English.

I hope we all want our leaders to be sucessful, however with this guy he never defined how he would bring about and what he ment by "change". In his speech last night he said the road would be steep and hard but we would get there. A wonderful speech, very inspiring but he doesn't tell you where "there" is. He's been an empty suit.

Can you describe that vision and how it was different from McCain's vision?
