Default The mental health of Democrats :(

No wonder I always have a bright and sunny outlook. All along I though it was the vodka!

"Republicans are significantly more likely than Democrats or independents to rate their mental health as excellent, according to data from the last four November Gallup Health and Healthcare polls. "

"The differences are quite significant............... While Democrats are slightly less likely to report excellent mental health than are independents, the big distinctions in these data are the differences between Republicans and everyone else."

"One could be quick to assume that these differences are based on the underlying demographic and socioeconomic patterns related to party identification in America today..........................."

"But an analysis of the relationship between party identification and self-reported excellent mental health within various categories of age, gender, church attendance, income, education, and other variables shows that the basic pattern persists regardless of these characteristics. In other words, party identification appears to have an independent effect on mental health even when each of these is controlled for."

Maybe it just proves you're all as delusional as we think you are!

Oh Jay.....you're so cruel. But I just consider the source. Bless you my brother and may you one day find happiness with a single automobile for more that a year or so.

Who needs a poll to verify that?

Default Just as I always suspected ...

Republicans are all fat, dumb and happy because they eat oxidized bovine flesh, and Democrats are all skinny, neurotic misfits because they eat raw cellulose.

But I wouldn't make any broad generalizations.

I'm sure it is more of a mental defect than anything. That or somebody needs to check Fox News again for subliminal messages. They probably put a message in there telling their Republican viewers to say that they have excellent mental health to throw off their healthcare providers so they can keep their voting base out of mental institutions.

So are you saying you just want Jay to "stay the course"?
