Do you have pets? i hear they can help, or it might be to late for a thing like that? Also look into some air purifiers for the house. My brother has the worst allergies (had to get shots and constantly not breathing etc) He found a company Ecoquest: http://www.ecoquestintl.com/FreshAir...index_home.asp

He says it has helped him a bunch. He describes it as the Ionic breeze from sharper image, that actually works.
