Default Group Piloteer meeting in Toronto

Sunday Rider, Mike688 and myself are talking about having a group meeting for Piloteers in Toronto.

Anybody interested in the meeting, please feel free to contact us for your suggestion (where, when, etc).

Thanks!

I am very interested. I am in the process of selling my pilot and am not sure when I will have my new one. Part of me says the sooner the better because the busyness of Christmas is coming. However, I am going to want to show off my new '06 when I finally trade/sell my '03. Don't let me hold it off due to my situation. A few week's notice would be appreicated

It will be great if you can join us, then we will have Sunday Rider's black 03 EXL, Mike688's siler 04 EXL, my silver 05 EXL, and your green 06 EXL. A perfect lineup from 03-06.

It will be interesting to take the photos to compare the head lights difference between OEM, Eurodezign and PIAA, and your new 06 head lights, etc.

Any thoughts on possible dates?

Thinking of end of Nov to begining of Dec. My schedule will be very flexible. But I would love to hear everybody's feedback.

I am also thinking of getting it sponsored by some Honda dealer. Will talk to the dealer I bought my Pilot from.

Okay I maybe getting this wrong but what does a "meet" actually entail? I was thinking getting together to go over each others vehicles grabbing a meal and then looking some more. If it's sponsored by a dealer, does that mean they pay for our all you can eat Chinese Food buffet

What you have described for "getting together to go over each others vehicles grabbing a meal and then looking some more" is exactly what am imagining the meet. I was inspired by the meet from the Alberta Piloteers when they got sponsored by some dealers with some free gifts. For us, will be paid by ourselves.

I'm liking!!! I think we should contact 3 dealers with a list of 3 gifts from each. Nine of us show up and we all end up with a door prize. Of course you'd make each dealer think that they were the only ones sponsoring

Hey sounds like fun! Maybe we can approach each dealer that we bought our Pilots from. Just get them to sponsor a few prizes for a draw. I am copying this from the meet they had out in Alberta.

How about a Sunday (I am partial to that day)?
My dates are booked up for the next 2 weekends. Do you want to have it mid-December or is everyone booked up for the holiday season?

What day of the week is good for everyone?

Dec. 3/4 or 9/10 okay for me.

Any one else out there coming to the meet?

Borg, this will give you some time to drive down.

3/4, 9/10 work well for me too. Hopefully I have my new wheels by then. Dropped by Classic Honda today (Sunday) thank's to Splizzak (Sam) recommendation. Saw an EXL in green with front bumper bars. I'm thinking of making an offer on that one tomorrow. Whatever date of the above is great for me!!! Being from Georgetown now.... I'll bring my pick-up truck with gun rack mounted on the back with my dog in the back and paritally consumed beer case on the front seat!!! I'll need the lead time also to get to Toronto in time for the meet!

I guess we should think of a place to meet as well.
It doesn't matter to me, anywhere in the GTA is fine.
Anyone have a place in mind (no Chucky Cheese please).
