A man on these forums offered foam cup holder inserts for the first generation Pilot. I bought them for my 2004 Pilot. Perhaps that is what you are asking about. I left them in the 2004 when I traded for my 2011.

I think you're talking about Wilson Wong and his Pilot Pads. I think he's moved on, but do some googling. I think he's on eBay but don't think he does pilots anymore.
